The feeling starts in your stomach like a nauseous wave, a heartache, or maybe it’s that punch in the throat. Whatever it is, it’s the start of what someone would call an anxiety attack. If you have worked with me, then you know my stance on anxiety attacks/anxiety. I don’t believe in it because I’ve renamed what was happening. The phrase that I’ve coined is emotional Notifications. The body is receptive to everything going on within it. It can tell when the weather changes.

Very little of it addresses trust. The experiences that got us to the space that we are questioning, who and what we are, may also have disrupted our ability to trust.
